We had heavy rain, storm drains backed up and water rose six inches over the basement windows. Basement floor drain backed up and water leaked through the windows. ExactRecon arrived within an hour to survey the problem. They fully explained what needed to be done, how they would do it and what equipment was needed. They gave us an estimate that about one half of what our eight other neighbors received from other contractors. The work crews were polite, fast, professional and accommodated every request. There were no additional charges for an extra day of dehumidifiers and air dryers. There was no pressure sales pitch and everyone was friendly and respectful. The work crews declined our offer of a cash tip for coffee and snacks saying a handshake and a smile was thanks enough for letting them help us out! Couldn’t ask for anything more sincere after doing and excellent job!

Amazing team! Everyone was great! I can’t say enough thank you’s to everyone who helped us out with our basement backup! Called on a Friday at midnight and by 9 am Saturday Chad showed up. They were the first to call back, out of many called. He even stayed until we got everybody we needed to figure out why it happened and getting in touch with the right people on a Saturday! The entire crew was amazing, prompt and took care of our home like it was theirs ❤️ Recommended 10 stars! Chad & Ryan were both super professional, kind and helpful. We had a flood in our basement and they were there within an hour to assess the damage and offer solutions.
